Scott was influenced in the Strange aspects of Physics and Phenomena by his father Bob Beutlich. Bob was a hardcore Engineer when introduced to dowsing and a book “Psychic Discoveries behind the Iron Curtain” (by Sheila Ostrander and Lynn Schroeder, 1970).

This lecture by Dr. Marcel Vogel is on the operation of the De La Warr Camera. This is a recording of his presentation from the 1983 USPA Conference. The De La Warr Camera stood over 5 feet tall and the internal workings were beautifully machined out of brass. Those who understand the mechanisms of consciousness through a radionic type device, know that, what you do to others, you do to yourself. All things are bound together. All things connect. So the latest evidence in quantum physics shows all things are "entangled" and indeed connect to each other.

Lt. Col. Thomas Eugene Bearden (US Army, retired) personally developed and published the basis for a drastic revision of electromagnetic theory and engineering, based on the work of Whittaker and Maxwell. He authored or co-authored several books and over 70 major papers published in leading science and physics journals. He developed and owned many patents on electrical devices demonstrating over-unity, and was a pioneer investigator in healing technologies incorporating bio-electric fields. His work is primarily responsible for the widespread interest and research into scalar electromagnetic phenomena throughout the world over the past two decades.

Over 30 years ago, Andrija Puharich talked about the greenhouse effect at the 1984 USPA Conference. It is amazing how little progress has been made since then. Andrija Puharich is a versatile scientist and inventor, exploring the Psychic realms and much more.

Hunger, or more precisely the problem of world hunger, is at the root of the Sonic Bloom story. While serving as an army border guard in South Korea from 1961-63, Dan Carlson witnessed a Korean woman placing her baby under the wheels of an army truck. "I went over to strike the woman, to stop her, but as I looked into her eyes I realized that she was acting out of desperation, that she and her child were starving to death." From that moment on, Carlson claims, he dedicated his life to helping solve world hunger.

As part of his presentation, the late Hugh discusses the holistic side of agriculture. Hugh references a book called "The Plant Between Sun and Earth". This book is a study of the geometry of plants attempts to explain the laws governing the way matter is formed into living organisms. Hugh also mentions how individuals can educate themselves on farming and production - something that large-scale industries do not want in their favor.
